Utility Bill Discount Programs – Find out if you qualify based on your income to receive monthly discounts on your utility bills. Most discount programs require you to re-enroll every 2 years.

Portland Water Bureau – Call (503) 823-7770 or apply online here – you can also request crisis assistance of up to $500 once every 12 months for situations including loss of job or income, medical emergency, domestic violence, natural disaster, etc. You must be already enrolled in the bill discount program. Youth & Summer
TeenForce Program – FREE access pass for youth ages 10-20 to attend drop-in and special registered activities at community centers throughout Portland. Activities include game rooms, fitness center, open gym, teen nights, and more! Find out more and how to sign up for a pass here
Portland Metro Fire Camp – Free camp for youth who identify as female ages 16-22 who are interested in a career as a firefighter! Camp will take place July 17th – 19th from 8am-4:15pm each day. Find out more and apply by June 1st here
NW Cyber Camp – Free camp for high school students August 3rd – 7th at PCC Sylvania Campus to build tech skills and explore options in cybersecurity careers. Find out more and apply here
Driver Education – Teens ages 15-18 years old of families who qualify for meal assistance are eligible for up to $75 in scholarship for an ODOT-approved Driver Education Course. Additional waivers may be available for the drive test fee. Find a list of ODOT-approved providers and ask about these financial resources here
